Cancellation Policies

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance via email or through DeaconSpace (rooms.wfu.edu) by the reserving group.  Failure to cancel a reservation at least 48 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee or loss of future facility usage.

Campus Recreation reserves the right to cancel or make adjustments to existing reservations.  Reserving groups will be notified through email of the cancellation.
