BECOMING YOGA!

WF Campus Recreation is excited to offer a 200 hour Yoga Training Program. Whether you seek to become a professional yoga instructor or desire to expand your personal in-depth yoga practice, this program is for you.   As a proud partner with Yoga Alliance, this course meets the standards of comprehensive 200 hour teacher training requirements. Graduates of Becoming Yoga! will emerge ready to teach yoga to a variety of audiences or further their personal journey with the option of registering with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. aWAKE the BARRE

WF Campus Recreation will launch specialized BARRE training beginning Fall 2018. The aWAKE the BARRE training is designed for the individual who seeks to become a BARRE Instructor or who desires education and training to best guide their BARRE fitness experience. This program will aWAKEn your core, strengthen your legs, tone your assets, all while lengthening your  muscles and discovering perfect posture.

 

LES MILLS RPM INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

Certify to be a LES MILLS RPM™ Instructor over a weekend. RPM™ was born from the sport of cycle racing, simulated climbs and sprints.  Become an inspiring coach training others how to control their intensity, gain cardiovascular benefits, burn calories, fall in love with fitness and experience an endorphin high.  Affiliates with WF Campus Recreation are eligible to receive a discount registration rate.
