BODYCOMBAT-A high-energy martial arts-inspired non- contact workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn tons of calories. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude!

BODYPUMP-is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps), BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns calories,strengthens and tones with instructors who coach you through scientifically proven moves, engage with encouragement, motivate with great music to help you achieve your goals!

BODYFLOW-is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.  An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, while you strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

CXWORX-When you seek AWESOME ABS look no further. CXWORX focuses on quick gains that leave you with a stronger and leaner core regardless of your fitness level. In 30 minutes you will feel changes in your stomach and butt, as well as call on sling muscles to work as they should improving improving overall functional strength, making you better at everything you do.

RPM-This indoor cycle program is a highly motivating and often addictive cycle workout that lets you burn calories, build cardio fitness, and dial up the challenge factor to match your fitness level.

SH’BAM-A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

VIRTUAL BODYUMP 101-Knowledge is POWER! Learn what equipment is needed and how to set up for your first class experience. Practice common moves performed in class with hands on assistance while going through a few songs as a ‘sample’ of what class will be when you return!

VIRTUAL CYCLE 101-A GREAT class requires an INDIVIDUALIZED cycle fitting ensuring safety and comfort on the bike. This is a “ONE and DONE” offering we ask all interested cyclists to attend allowing trained staff to

  • help you find the 4 micro adjustments on the cycle for the perfect start to your cardio adventure
  • set up the Body Bike Smart + app

Staff will provide hands on details for use of the app that can be applied to guide your workout and record your effort. *A prerequisite class for participants wanting to participate in a virtual cycle class.
