Maddy Peek - Coordinator, Aquatics

Maddy Peek joined the Campus Recreation team in July 2022. In her role, she oversees the lifeguard staff, as well as the pool chemistry, hiring and training for the aquatics team, aquatics programming, and more. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Maddy spent the last 5 years in Greensboro, North Carolina before making the trek to Winston-Salem. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and French from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, while working as a lifeguard and swim instructor for the university, where she uncovered a passion for aquatics and higher education. In her free time, Maddy enjoys weight lifting, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
