Want to Request a Facility to Host an Event?
Wake Forest University’s Campus Recreation Department offers meeting and event space for university departments and chartered student organizations. The recreational facilities provide a variety of meeting and activity spaces for all needs. A member of the Campus Recreation’s Facility Operations team will assist your group in finding the appropriate space and coordinating event logistics.
Facility reservation approval is based on the availability of space. It is recommended that facility requests for Campus Recreation facilities are submitted at least 7 days in advance. All facility requests made less than 48 hours in advance should contact Matthew Dantism (firstname.lastname@example.org, 336-758-2674) directly during normal business hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm. Large scale events should submit requests at least 30 days in advance. Reservations are not final/approved until a confirmation email has been sent.
All facility reservations must comply with university and department rules and regulations.
Campus Recreation reserves the right to decline and cancel any requests.
