Wellbeing CenterWake Forest University is committed to providing a world-class collegiate wellbeing program for students and employees.  The Wake Forest Wellbeing Center staff cultivate an environment where members of the University engage in life-long healthy, social and active lifestyles.  With 85% of undergraduates residing on campus within a 15-minute walk of the facility, the newly renovated and expanded 185,000 square foot WF Wellbeing Center serves as the campus social, fitness, and recreation center.  In its first full year of operation, the facility welcomed members of the campus community over 350,000 times and employed 280 students.

  • Assistant Director, Fitness

    The Assistant Director is responsible for increasing the participation and diversity of Campus Recreation group fitness programs and participants. This position will collaborate with Campus Life partners to promote student engagement and foster physical wellbeing by all members of the campus community through group fitness, personal and small group training, custom fitness programs, and special event programs. This position will supervise a full-time Fitness Coordinator who oversees personal and small group training services. A vital component of this position is a demonstrated ability to work autonomously with initiative, critical and creative thinking; as well as a strong commitment to collaboration, student development, and a high level of customer service.
