Jumpstart your new year during Employee Wellbeing Week! This week is dedicated to supporting your physical, mental, and emotional health with a variety of activities and programs.
Join us for fitness classes, mindfulness sessions, healthy eating tips, spiritual wellness opportunities, and more—co-sponsored by Campus Recreation, SAC, Human Resources, the Office of Wellbeing, Harvest Table, and the Office of the Chaplain. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, get moving, nourish your body, or connect spiritually, there will be something for everyone.

The Wellbeing Center invites all Reynolda Campus employees, business affiliate partners, retirees, and their partners/spouses to join us for Employee Wellbeing Week! This completely free event runs from January 6th-January 10th.

5:45a-7:00a: Masters Swim, Pool
Interested in participating in Masters Swim? Try it for free from Jan 6-10. Masters Swim is an inclusive environment for swimmers of all levels and backgrounds. The program provides structured coaching for those looking for swimming as a means of training, fitness, and camaraderie. Participants complete daily written swim workouts and are under direct supervision of a swim coach.
11:30a-1:30p: Beginner Pickleball, Sutton 204
Drop in for some faculty/staff pickleball! All experience levels welcome. Athletic attire recommended as well as non-marking shoes. Equipment will be provided!
12:00p-12:30p: Drop-In Meditation, Zoom
12:00p – 12:45p: Beginner Yoga, Mind Body Studio B203
Designed as an introductory practice to yoga, explore the fundamentals of flow yoga and breathing techniques at a slower pace. All bodies are welcome! Mats are provided! Register through the Group Fitness Schedule or drop in.

Register here for Equipment Education. Led by one of our certified personal trainers, learn how to safely and effectively operate and load cardio and strength training equipment. We will also share other applicable information to optimize success and time spent in and out of the gym. A light snack will be available for attendees.

Take a vacation without leaving your chair. Please come participate in a guided meditation that allows your body to relax and your mind to focus on a meditative topic or simply wander. We will do about 20-30 minutes of guided meditation, followed by time to make some contemplative beads as another tool of relaxing.

TRX Class, 3rd floor functional
TRX is a Total Body Resistance Exercise Class that will challenge clients to use their body weight to perform a multitude of different exercises to build strength, balance and core stability.
