Small Group Training

Do you enjoy working out with others but prefer specific training formats? WAKE WONDER WOMAN PROGRAM

A 6-week long gym acclimation course led by female trainers for female identifying participants. Starting January 24, 2023 meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00-8:00 am. Sign up now here!

5K Training Program

A 10-week running program integrated with cross-training designed by personal trainers. All fitness levels are WELCOMED! Starting February 6, 2023 meeting on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The deadline to sign up is on January 29th! Sign up now here!
