Memberships

Wake Forest faculty and staff who are benefits-eligible automatically receive a complimentary Wellbeing Center membership. Non-benefit eligible and affliate employees of the Reynolda Campus have the opportunity to purchase a wellness center membership. . Additionally, all WFU faculty and staff Wellbeing Center members may purchase a membership for their spouse or partner. For more information, please visit the memberships page.

Cardio & Weight Equipment Orientation

Have questions about how to use the fitness equipment or new to the building?Join us for a drop-in, meet & greet opportunity to learn how to use the fitness equipment in the Wellbeing Center. Staff will be available to do demos, answer questions, and more!

Deacon Family Hours

Deacon Family Hours occur on Saturdays from 9am-1pm in the Wellbeing Center. During these hours, we invite individuals holding a membership to bring their family members, including grandchildren, to use the facility. For more information, please visit the Deacon Family Hours page.

Noontime Yoga and Fitness Classes

Interested in adding some movement into your lunch hour? Join us in the Wellbeing Center for noontime fitness classes (Tuesday-Friday) including yoga, Bodypump, and Pilates. Reserve your spot up for 24 hours in advance on the group fitness schedule.

Noontime Basketball

Looking to play sports? We have a dedicated group of noontime hoopers that welcome newcomers. Ready to start your own noontime pickup game of pickleball? Let us know and we’ll help you get started! Reach out to us at campusrec@wfu.edu more information about any of the above.

Swim Lessons & Masters Swim

The Jurgens-Dupree Aquatics facility boasts an eight lane lap pool and 14 person vortex. The pool is home to the Masters Swim program and offers opportunities for SCUBA certification, lifeguard certification, and swim lessons for children and adults.
