Non-benefit eligible and affliate employees of the Reynolda Campus have the opportunity to purchase a wellness center membership. . Deacon Family Hours

Noontime Yoga and Fitness Classes

Interested in adding some movement into your lunch hour? Join us in the Wellbeing Center for noontime fitness classes (Tuesday-Friday) including yoga, Bodypump, and Pilates. Reserve your spot up for 24 hours in advance on the group fitness schedule.

Swim Lessons & Masters Swim

The Jurgens-Dupree Aquatics facility boasts an eight lane lap pool and 14 person vortex. The pool is home to the Masters Swim program and offers opportunities for SCUBA certification, lifeguard certification, and swim lessons for children and adults.
