Why train? I teach cycle because I want to create a positive, welcoming, judgement free and inclusive environment where people don’t dread going to workout. My goal is to make people enjoy coming to class and moving their body instead of linking the gym to negative self talk. Working out is something that is for everyone and I aim to prove that it can be FUN and doesn’t have to be something you dread doing. Cycle is my sunshine and I hope to give people a pocketful they can take with them in every class they come to.
