Conditioning Training – An all in one strength and conditioning option. Each week you will build from the previous session. A variety of fitness equipment will be incorporated for workouts such as TRX, Battle ropes, Resistance bands and Kettlebells. We lead three types of conditioning programs. All levels welcome.

Performance Training-Integrating plyometrics, speed, and cardio options for those who are looking to explore or master powerful and explosive athletic movements. Participants can experience increased strength/endurance and improvement in overall fitness. All levels welcome.

Strength Training– a key component to overall health and wellbeing for everyone. This option encompasses programs that introduce you to strength training and lifting to exercises that push muscles to encourage muscle revitalization while incorporating progressive overload over time.

Customized Training – Are you looking for a unique group workout experience? Whether you are striving to reach a specific goal or merely want to train with a designated friend group, this ‘build your own class’ is led by a certified trainer to help you meet your needs.
Fitness 2 GO!
This format allows YOU to select your favorite Small Group Training format, create a group, and we will deliver fitness to you! Whether you are located in an office, dorm, or prefer an outdoor area, allow a certified trainer to meet you with a plan guiding your group through a workout.
