Trip Leader Hiring

The hiring timeline for becoming an OP Trip Leader depends on if the applicant is pursuing Option 1 or Option 2

Hiring for Option 1 – Wilderness to Wake Base Camp/Hike/SUP Trip Leader:

Applications are Open

Applications Due By: February 13

Interview Offers: February 12/13

Wilderness to Wake Base Camp Leaders Announced: February 27 

Hiring for Option 2 – Wilderness to Wake Expeditions and/or Whitewater/Climb/Backpack/Canoe Trip Leader

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. However, if looking to participate in Wilderness to Wake, applicants should try to complete an application prior to February 13. Applicants must have completed all Before Applying prerequisites. Interviews are offered to all applicants. Post-interview, applicants will be notified regarding their hiring.
