R.E.C Pre-Orientation Program
R.E.C. is a pre-orientation program designed to help incoming first-year students Engage with their peers, Connect with the Wake Forest community, and build a strong sense of Community before classes even begin.
Join us for several days of fun-filled activities hosted by Campus Recreation. Experience the vibrant recreational scene at Wake Forest with access to a wide range of options, from invigorating fitness classes and friendly team sports to an outdoor hike and skill-building workshops.
R.E.C. promotes mental and social well-being, fosters leadership development, and helps you seamlessly transition into your new home at Wake Forest.
