Why train? Teaching Wake Cycle has been such a fun and unique experience that I will always take away from my time at Wake Forest. I love being able to curate and instruct spin classes for fellow students and my friends, and cycling brings such a fun energy that I enjoy doing so much! I’m so excited to teach this year and hope to see you all at my classes 🙂

Why train? Cycling is a team-bonding experience like no other. It’s incredibly rewarding to see my students progress, set and achieve their fitness goals, and develop a lifelong love for cycling.

Why train? I teach cycle because I want to create a positive, welcoming, judgement free and inclusive environment where people don’t dread going to workout. My goal is to make people enjoy coming to class and moving their body instead of linking the gym to negative self talk. Working out is something that is for everyone and I aim to prove that it can be FUN and doesn’t have to be something you dread doing. Cycle is my sunshine and I hope to give people a pocketful they can take with them in every class they come to.

Wake Cycle allows me to combine two of my biggest passions, which are music and cycling, to lead such a unique group fitness class. I want people to leave feeling better than they did coming in, and excited to keep cycling in the future!
