  • Ropes Course Facilitator

    This job is the newest addition to the OP team. No previous ropes course experience is required, and we’ll provide all the training you need. We’re looking for hard workers, enthusiastic leaders, and compassionate teachers. If you’re interested in getting paid to play on a ropes course while leading groups of WFU students, faculty, and staff through challenging experiences and meaningful conversations, then we want you on our team!

  • Climbing Wall Attendant

    Love climbing? Spend way too much time at the Climbing Wall? Want to share your passion with others? Then this job is for you! Join our team of highly qualified and experienced staff that works as a supportive and passionate team. Just be ready to continuously improve your climbing and instructing skills!

  • Trip Guide

    Being an OP Trip Guide is an awesome job, and a tremendous responsibility. As a part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to plan trips ranging from an afternoon climbing at Pilot Mountain, to Spring Break surfing in Costa Rica. You will also be expected to complete extensive training and certifications in preparation for leading fellow students into the backcountry, staff shifts at the Rental Center and Climbing Wall, work as a part of a team, and be a passionate and dedicated ambassador for OP.
