WFU Campus Recreation is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals through individualized support and guidance. Take the guessing out of your workout by allowing our nationally certified Personal Trainers to assist you on your fitness journey. Our trainers will design a specialized workout plan tailored to meet your individual goals, infused with fitness education, hands on coaching, accountability and motivation. Whether you are looking for assistance with next steps or taking initial steps toward your health journey, a fitness consultation is where it all begins. A certified staff member will listen to your needs, discover your interests and help you start. Consultations are one hour long at a rate of $15 for student and $25 for non-student.
