Group Fitness classes are offered each week designed for every fitness level.  Join our staff of nationally certified and trained instructors who will lead you with great music, movement and motivation to help you reach new fitness goals. Challenge your strength with BODYPUMP®, seek serenity with FLOW YOGA, pedal to an endorphin high cycling with RPM® or try Zumba® and dance like no one’s watching!
